Tube & Pipe Manufacturing Processes

1.RAW MATERIAL STORAGE – Quality steel coils are imported and stored indoor in sheltered store.

2. PRECISION SLITTING LINE – Steel coils are slitted to sizes according to specification.

3. STRIP JOINT AND ACCUMULATOR – Steel strips are fed into the accumulator for a continuous operation of the line.

4.TUBE FORMING LINE – Steel strips are roll-formed through a series of forming rolls.
