STEEL COATING
is manufactured from galvanized
steel to JIS-G3312 standard with Regular Polyester Paint finish to
give a long lasting shine. Its TWO coat TWO bake system guarantees
against peeling effect, weathering or chemical attack.
INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
should be laid from RIGHT to LEFT (see Fig. 1). If more than one sheet
length are needed, we would recommend to start with the LONGEST sheet
and laid accordingly. Use the lowest support batten as straightening
board. It is most important to lay the first sheet correctly. The
preceding tilesheet should be lay with the RIGHT END of the second
tilesheet overlapping the LEFT END of the first tilesheet covering
the drainage channel. (see Fig. 2)
FASTENING
To ensure a
secure roof, we recommend the use of self-drilling screws of 45mm
or 55mm length. Roofing nail of twisted shank with neoprene washer
can also be used. Tilesheets are to be screwed through the upper
crest, holes for the screws are to be pre-drilled. We would recommend
the use of silicone sealant (non-acidic) to ensure water tightness
at screw points.

Always
use soft shoe when walking on the roof and walk only on the
bottom of the profile over support battens.
Make
sure that all tilesheets are secure before you walk on it.
Never leave unsecured or unused tilesheet on the roof.
If you
require to store for a longer time
before use, we recommend to store indoor in dry premisses.
